To: All interested Agencies, Groups, and Individuals on 9/27/24:  This is to give notice that the City of Palmview  has conducted an evaluation as required by Executive Order 11990,  in accordance with HUD regulations at 24  CFR  55.20 Subpart  C Procedures for Making Determinations   on  Floodplain  Management  and  Wetlands  Protection. The activity is funded under the Community Development Block  Grant Program administered by the Texas General Land Office(GLO) and ERR#(24–067–008–E195).

This is to give notice that the City of Palmview has determined that the following proposed action under the Community Development Block Grant Program contract 24-067-008-E195 administered by the Texas General Land Office and ERR #(24-067-008-E195), is located in a wetland.
